Not able to open newly installed version of Creo 10 due to error -21

Hi Guys, 

I installed the educational free version of Creo 10 and I am not able to use the software due to the following error pop up that appears when I attempt to open the software. I need a solution to this asap, please help me out.Screenshot 2023-08-19 000001.png
