PTC Academic Program

                    Hope you all are doing well. It is requested that I need information regarding the PTC Academic Program that how can we open an ATC in any College or University. Also the basic courses offered by PTC in the Academy.Does PTC issues any Certificate to the Students who complete the Courses.

Kindly Explain it in details.
