maybe Windows 11 home is the root of the problem.
What Creo version did you install ?
Please provide detailed description of installation procedure. Include screenshot pictures, too.
Make a backup copy of license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory.
Open license file in Notepad and publish screenshot picture of Notepad window.
PTC Creo 9.0 University Student Edition Premium
Unfortunately I deleted the generated license file.
But I got to this point of the install:
However, I received an automatic email from academicsupport@ptc.com with a license file. But I only get to the same point
