Tutorials on PTC University Learning Exchange come in various formats: Some are text-based descriptions, some are slidehows, some are video tutorials. Among the latter, the majority is with sound, but some are without.
Each contributor at PTC can decide about his/her preferred format. So when you run into a tutorial without sound, this is not a technical issue.
