Problems installing creo 3.0. 197/5000

I installed it without errors but when I start the application I have a 'stop.exe' error. System error is missing << ucuore46.dll >>, It says that it should be installed to solve the problem, but it remains the same.

1.] clean user profile

• open Windows Explorer window
• go to %APPDATA% directory
• remove PTC sub-directory

2.] modify PATH variable

• open Command Prompt window
• run rundll32 sysdm.cpl,EditEnvironmentVariables command
• now you can set/modify PATH variable on Personal or System level
• be carefull and do not destroy current definition of PATH variable
• add following paths at the beginning of PATH variable definition
• 32-bit Windows ... Creo3_loadpoint\Creo 3.0\Mxxx\Common Files\i486_nt\lib
• 64-bit Windows ... Creo3_loadpoint\Creo 3.0\Mxxx\Common Files\x86e_win64\lib
