How did you get the software? Which installation guide are you using? Once I know that, then I can let you know where you can find that information.
I got the software from the PTC site after registering for an academic account. I am using the Creo 2 offline installation guide.
Are you a student or an educator? Is this for University use or K-12?
I am an educator and coach for FTC robotics team. Use is for K-12 for robotics team.
