Reconfigure Tool Fail

I am trying to transfer a single-user Mathcad 15 license from one laptop to another. I tried invain to use the Reconfigure Tool.

What does it mean when the reconfigure tool asks the MAC addres for the source server? This should mean my old machine, but I am thrown off by the word "server". In any case, when I put my old machine's MAC address, the reconfigure tool returns 0 CPUs found! What flagrant mistake am I making?

A license cannot be moved to another PC.

Use the link below to request a new product code for your new PC.

Make sure you include purchase details for your license of Mathcad.
