I installed Creo 5 (student version) with this product key one year ago: BK500806ED0790-Y3M9-4RW5
It recently expired and asked me to renew it by using my account information:
So I did but it always says that a customer with this account does not exist, so I reset my password. That also did not work. Additionally, I tried reinstalling the license through the setup.exe file - unsuccesfully. Installing a new licese would not work either, the program then shows this error:
How do I renew my student license?
Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the exact same problem ☹️
the following information is just my guess. I think that your Product code expired and you need to get the new one. Discuss the problem with your CAD admin.
