STL File is encrypted

Hi all,

im having trouble with the CREO exported STL files as they are not in plain text.

I coded a software that converts the STL file to a IGS cloud point but as the CREO files are some what encrypted I cannot do this.

Is there a way to convert the files or export them in plain text?

Hi,

in Creo Parametric 2.0 when you export STL, you will see following dialog box.

When you finish export, you will get readable text file. See attachment.
