according to https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS37242 you have to:

• Configure TCP/IP using the following steps:

1. Select Windows Start menu
2. Select Network connections
3. Right Click on Local Area Connection
4. Select Properties
5. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
6. Click Install
7. Restart the system

Repair or reinstall the PTC Creo Platform Services

Starting from Creo Parametric 4.0, Creo Platform Agent is part of Creo Platform Services package.

Repair PTC Creo Platform Services

1. Find program named PTC Creo "#" Platform Services from Control Panel > Programs and Features
   • Where # is based on installed Creo release, e.g. PTC Creo 6 Platform Services
2. Right click and select change > Repair to repair Platform Services

Reinstall PTC Creo Platform Services

1. Find program named PTC Creo "#" Platform Services from Control Panel > Programs and Features
   • Where # is based on installed Creo release, e.g. PTC Creo 6 Platform Services
2. Right click and select Uninstall to uninstall Platform Services
3. Run creosvcs_64.exe from the folder "Creo installer":\install\addon\ of Creo Parametric installation medi

• Note:
  • The automatic installation path is "PTC folder"\Creo\Platform\"version"
    • e.g. D:\Program Files\PTC\Creo\Platform\4\
  • The manual installation path can be any folder
    • e.g. C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo\Agent\
