Dear Team,
what can I do to get the Licence bug fixed?
The old licence expired on 16.04.2025, in the meantime my PC had an update from windows 10 to Windows 11 (64bit each)
I tried to follow the licence renewing process, but the system does not verify me as customer.
First question: I hope Win 11 is working in general?
second question: What is to be done to solve the licence problem?
