@sh The URL you shared was to a page that described the 'Success Service' that PTC provides customers, which is one of many offerings within our Success Services Catalog - https://www.ptc.com/en/customer-success/success-services/

Each of these offerings have to be purchased/consumed via Success Points, which can be purchased from PTC.  If you are interested in purchasing a bundle of success points please reach out to your PTC Sales representative or your PTC Customer Success Manager if you have one assigned.
