Unable to install MathCAD Prime 10 for student for $63 per annum

Hi team, 

I have login account to your product since last year, however, I cannot install MathCAD prime 10 successfully. I tried this last year when I was doing my semester in New Zealand. But now I have reloated to Australia to complete my studies and really wanting to install it. 
 

I saw on your website MathCAD student version prime 10 for $63 per year and I am install this or even get this 30 day trial. 

I am hoping someone can help me.

What problems do you encounter when installing the program?

Hi PTC team,

I have managed to install it now; however, in 28 days, I will need to renew it to a Student version Prime 10.0 package for $63 per annum, do you contact me for that of do I get that automatically from my end.
