Issue:

Unable to launch Creo Trial from the PTC Creo Player Icon

Reasons/Causes: -

• User running the programmer doesn't have the admin rights

Solutions: -

• Login with Administrator privileges
• Right click on Creo Player Icon > properties > security
• Select the User Profile and click Edit
• Ensure all the rights are assigned  to the user profile (Refer below Image) :

Thanks but the situation remain the same. The setup file did not execute
