changed wireless card

changed wireless card

I changed my wireless card from an n to an ac card. The software did not work when I did this. I changed the card back again to the n card and the software worked so the card change is the cause of your software not working. I don't want to use the n card on the computer anymore can I use another licence on my computer so I can use the ac card?

Peter,

if you want to change network card, then you have to transfer Creo license from old MAC address (it belongs to n card) to new MAC address (it belongs to ac card). Ask PTC Support to transfer your license.

Thanks so much for your response Martin, I put similar info up over a year ago and got no useful response I then posted again and you replied. I have not been able to use the program for a very long time and it will be good to get this sorted. Keep up the good work

Peter
