Good morning,
I am a student and I have been working with creo 6 since two years, a month ago I downloaded the creo 8 version and I was able to work with it until yesterday, when an issue with the licence came up.
I attempted many new installations disinstalling every other version but I think I now have reached the maximum number of licences for my account.
Is there any way I can solve this problem?
Hi,
error message tells you that MAC address used in license file does not belong to any network card installed in your computer.
Okay, but how can I solve this problem?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
please do following:
1.]
Pack your license file into zip file and upload this zip file.
2.]
Open Command prompt window.
Run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command.
Pack ip.txt file into zip file and upload this zip file.
I will check the contents of both files and let you know what to do (in case I know).
