I'm having the same issue with my licence renewal but its not accepting my user id/pw i use to access my ptc account from the renewal screen. Hoping support gets to this quick. I'm going to submit an academic support ticket to get a new licence file.

I am almost sure user can login to PTC Support web successfully. I guess the problem is related to communication between Creo installation procedure and PTC server responsible for license generation.
