creo software for student version free software issue for the license problem

there is the installing for the creo software free student that the there is installing that the license problem is coming that the many time i have install the software but there is problem is coming for the license issue .

I am getting a similar error as shown below.  How should I proceed? The license name matches the instructional PDF exactly but it throws an "Invalid File or Format" error.

Hi,

your license file is probably empty. You can verify this idea if you open the file in Notepad.

Sometimes Creo installer has problems to detect the right network card.

Please open Command prompt window, run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file. I will check the contents of ip.txt file and let you know.
