Good day everyone,

We are testing this issue to determine the cause of the error.

I will provide updates when I have them - thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Best,

Toby

Hi

I have exactly the same problem (Server Error 404), trying to install Creo 3.0 for students.

I also tried it with Microsoft Edge, but it didn't worked.

The diskdrive of my laptop didn't worked anymore, so i bought a new one and reinstalled the operating system of my laptop, so i don't have the installation file anymore.

Is it possible that there are problems with my license, because i already downloaded (an installed) with my PTC account?

Best Regards

Hello Toby,

I believe it could be a problem with the browser that many people are using - Chrome. I had had the exact same issue as everyone else with Chrome. However, Firefox is working for the download (thankfully). Java must be up-to-date, though.

Sincerely,

Joseph Clift

Firefox turned out to be the solution for me.
