error message when trying to install license for student edition

i get a simple message saying error underneath the box when trying to install license for student edition

I just figured this issue out on my own account- I think I had the same problem as you do.

If it is the same, I'm guessing you copied and pasted your activation code to avoid error.  That's what I did.

Turns out, manually entering the code instead seemed to fix it.

If you hover your cursor over the "Error", it should give you more information. What does it say?
