installing downloaded student version

installing downloaded student version

The down load came as two seperate things, CD1 and CD2. When I am setting it up every thing goes well up to when the CD 1 file is installed then the installation stops because it cannot find the cd 2 file. Any help would be great

Hi Patrick, PTC.Setup should prompt you to browse for CD2. Are you seeing that dialog? Thanks, Mark

It happened to me also. Make sure that the second part is extracted.
