Please contact academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.
Host ID ... this means physical address of network card
- if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
- if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address
