I am a student and my teacher said i may be able to download the program at home for free is that posible

I would recommend that you register for your free edition. Here is the link:

Once registered, you will receive the link to download and the necessary license information.

For me, the teacher gave me the installer files. And I am installing it now.
So I reccomend that you ask your teacher to give you the files, and then you can apply for a license online.
