problem in license identification

PTC community please help mi when I move to license identification process there is showing success but the finish button is not able to click
Please help me

Hi,

Please contact academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.

Host ID ... this means physical address of network card

• if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
• if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address
