product code creo 12 error and Unsuitable license source

Hello,
I am a student and have an academic product code for Creo Parametric.
However, I am receiving the error message:
"You have reached the maximum number of license applications available for your product type."
I installed and reinstalled Creo several times, and now my product code is blocked.
Could you please reset my license activations so I can install the software again? Otherwise how to do?

Hi,

Please contact academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.

Host ID ... this means physical address of network card

• if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
• if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address
