radial pattern of a cut

Hi,

I am using PreoE2000i.

I made a cut on an extruded hexagon as shown in the figure and would like to make a radial pattern of it. How can I do that?

Set-up your cut down on the hex and insert an angle in the geometry of the cut. Use the angle when you pattern the cut about the inital centerline.

"Use the angle when you pattern the cut"

I have a square cut with proper dimensions, but dont know how to set an angle for it. I used a center line in the middle of square to give an angle but that wont work. :S

You need to have an angle in the hex dimension. You can make a centerline at an angle to the reference. Set this centerline to got through the center of your hex. Make the angle 0 if you must.
