My license is going to expire in 5 days. when I open Creo parametric it says that I should renew my license. so I press the "renew license" button, put in my info, and it says "customer not verified". So I tried running the setup program to renew my license, as I have done in the past, and the program won't run. it feels like Creo has marked my account and is stopping me from renewing my license. I have a student license. I last ran the setup.exe program back in January.

where can I redownload the installation pack
Edit: figured it out. I had put Setup.exe on my desktop and it cannot run unless it is in its original location.
