wildfire 4.0 crack when opening or creating a 3D part file

I've updated the wildfire from 3.0 to 4.0, and it can launch normally. But, when I open or creat a new part file(.prt), it cracks immediately! It didn't happen when I used the 3.0 edition. Then, I uninstalled the 3.0 edition, and it can't help. Any body has any idea? Please~~~~~ Thanks very much!

Hello, Can you please uninstall all editions of Pro/E and re-install Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 Schools Edition again. When you say Cracks.....do you mean Crashes? Are you getting an error message?
