Send string value from creo to mathcad

Hi,

I want to send string value from creo to mathcad, so please can you let me know how we can do this?

I tried by creating model parameter as string but it is not getting transfer so please can someone help.

Seems to me like this is a Creo problem, not Mathcad. Did you post this question (also) in the Creo forum?

Hi,

As Creo and Mathcad are integrated software and string parameter is getting created in creo but Mathcad not allowing to accept string parameter, So i thought it was mathcad problem and posted in this category.

I guess that you can transfer numbers, only. Please ask PTC Support.

Yes. I checked with PTC but they provided same comment.

I don't know why PTC not provided support for string type parameter value. Is there any specific reason?
