Customer Input and Hard Work- Building Mathcad Prime 2.0, part 2

As promised, today we feature the second half of the Mathcad blog series in which I have a conversation with Jakov Kucan, Mathcad's Director of Software Development. Read "Customer Input and Hard Work- Building Mathcad Prime 2.0, part 2" now! In this post you will read about how PTC interacts with it's users for feedback when developing new versions of software, and specifically about the alpha testers for Mathcad Prime 2.0. See how engineers and user like you have made a difference and have had a voice in building this latest version of Mathcad. Here is an excerpt:

"This program is unique because it engages with users very early on. We gave out versions of the developing product to users so we could have the opportunity to get feedback and react to any issues that might surface before the product went live. It has proven to be an extremely valuable resource and has opened an opportunity for constant dialogue about implementation and the design of features. Without our users’ time and investment, we wouldn’t have as good of a product, and for that, I’d like to thank them."
