Delay differential equations

Is there any way to numerically evaluate delay differential equations with Mathcad?

I'm not very conversant with DDE's, but as far as I can remember, DDE's (at least some) can be reduced to ODE's.
Mathcad and Prime can at least solve ODE's numerically.
A special mechanism for automatically resolving DDE's with Mathcad is unknown to me.

I'm looking for a way to numerically solve a DDE using something like
ODEsolve. The DDEs that I'm using cannot be reduced to ODEs.

You can't solve delay differential equations in Mathcad.

Look at Maple: Delay differential equations

Post  your equations and I'll see what Maple makes of them

Thanks for offering your help. However, I would need extensive time. I'm amazed that no one has done anything with DDEs using Mathcad; as it is an extremely well-established math processing program.

I think you misunderstand Mathcad. Lots of people use Mathcad for mild math (sometimes with units), basic plotting, and  documentation. For that, it's a great tool.

Mathcad doesn't have the mathematical breadth and depth of MATLAB, Mathematica or Maple. Nor is it targeted at such a market. In addition to DDE, there's a whole bunch of other mathematical things that Mathcad doesn't do either
