Excel Addin error

I have an eror with MathCad Excel Addin.

The toolbar do not appear and I have error message I will try to translate because I am not an IT guy.

When open the additional macro in Excel to get the tool bar it says :

I am not allowed to do becaus I have not the licence.The licence is for creating something ?? It is an ActiveX component that could not create objet.

It is correctly translated ?

I get the issue with MC12 (French) before. We migrate to MC15 (French), I try the ADDIN MC15 for Excel same message and I can not run Excel addin.

Didier, hello!

Do you have an active maintenance for Mathcad? If so, try to contact with technical support PTC, create a new "Case" here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp
