HELP!

I don't know what mitochondria, miosis, and other cells are about. would someone help me...

The mitochondia "makes energy" and converts carbs into ATP. Then for miosis: that is was gamete cells ( sex cells ) go under, you know like interkinesis, cytokinesis, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and telephase, Then they go to interkinesis, Back to Prophase II, Metaphase II, Anaphase II, Telephase II

The big deal about mitochondria is that they are the "powerhouses" of the cell. These organelles (membrane-bound structures within the cell) contain enzymes.

The thing to remember about meiosis is that the daughter cells resulting from cell division are HAPLOID. This means that they only have HALF of the chromosomes as the parent cell. This is because, when the haploid gametes unite with its opposite sex mate (like sperm and egg cells), the resulting union (zygote) then has the normal complement of chromosomes. Good thing....Otherwise there would be too many chromosomes in each successive generation of organisms!
