Here is the repaired file.
I opened it in an editor an deleted the region Mathcad was choking about (the region which included line 4859).
So possibly there is now missing at least one region in the file.

This is due tonight, I am really very worried about this document.
I am also trying to find the line in Notepad, but I can not figure out.
I can open it now!
