Play with the arguments to the PlotStar function.
The first defines the number of points. The second defines the size of the points, the third defines the size of the indents, the fourth turns the star.
I am not sure what you mean with "not perfect".
To duplicate the figure on the right of your picture you can try to replace the argument 1/3 by something larger like 0.6 or 0.7, probably 2/3 will do. The third argument is the distance of the inner points to the centre.
