I have downloaded and installed MathCAD prime 3 on my PC running Wondows 7 Pro 64 bit for evaluation purposes.
After approximately 30-40 minutes working in MathCAD my whole PC freezes. Nothing works anymore, no response from KB mouse or other in/output devices.
The only way to get going is to power the pc down and restart.
This has now happend 4 times in a row.
The crashing only happens when I run MathCAD prime 3.
Does anyone have a solution??
I can not send a message to mathCAD support as I did not buy a licence, pretty stupid rule if you ask me (at least when you want to win new customers).
PTC support, please get me an answer to solve this problem
I haven't come across that problem. It might be specific to your system. That said, assuming that you are using Mathcad Express, you can still submit a tech support case.
I also have this issue on Win7 SP1 32-bit.
