Mathcad 14 Initial installation License error

Mathcad 14 Initial installation License error

Mathcad license setup wizard returns an error upon installation for a student version single home user. "Invalid license file syntax". "FlEXnet Licensing error: -2,413." Has anyone else had this experience? Tried to call PTC licensing; they are closed on the weekend.

I just got the same thing. I bought MathCad an hour ago and now I can't register it. ANNOYING!! I've been on hold now for 45 minutes trying to get intouch with their licenseing group. Let me know if you get a solution! Tom
