Mathcad 14 not able to open Mathcad 2001??

I am trying to open this electronic book:

Upon installing, I am getting an error message that the electronic book requires Mathcad 2001. I have M14 -- why isn't this working??

I think that M14's backward compatibility stops at M11.

1) Extract the exe file (if you have winrar or other software)
2) copy the file thermal.hbk and the folder Thermal into Handbook folder in Mathcad 14

now you can use the handbook with Mathcad 14.

Hopefully I can find a shareware to extract the file. Otherwise, it runs for a moment and it kicks me out immediately. I will let you know if I have success. Thanks!
