After purchasing MC12 in Oct 2004, there were a couple of long delays - basically due to the negative inspiration of the design of the equation editor in MC12. I am now attempting to re-install MC12 on the same computer (which crashed a couple of years ago). Nothing works, not the old activation number, not the "sales order" or "customer number" for account upgrade - phone number listed in software install is disconnected. I share Ross' frustration at PTC.
