Mathcad's Automation Interface

mycode : var m = new ActiveXObject("Mathcad.MatrixValue");

when i create matrixvalue object in the up way ,in the IE it  pass ;but in the pro/E IE ,it is created failed , and have javascript error,

the error message :

    the Activex can not create "Mathcad.MatrixValue" object;
