Here is a new sheet - typo corrected and added some probabilities.

Still not sure what Q, A and K should be. Q look like service factor of model with limited population, but not sure about that.

Hello dear forum members here is my working hours just do not know whether it is correct, if not correct, correct, please, who is not too much trouble, I will be very grateful, and then in the address of my longer forest messages arrive. You should not think me lazy just big trouble with math and Mathcad, as well as there are many other significant problems. Please, if not more difficult, please write a comment, it is desirable to every line well in the sense of what is happening at each stage.

comments in attached.

Its hard to tell what you need as the picture you sent in your first post does not tell us what you are supposed to calculate. Best guess probably is that the text means that you should provide the "characteristics" of that multiple-channel queuing model. But what are those characteristics - which should you provide, which not? A typical homework question as its very closely linked to the lessons you got and means "do the same as we did in the lectures". So you are the only one here who should know what is needed - look it up your lecture notes.

Find attached a sheet with some comments, units added as well as some further characteristics which might be useful. Not sure about the formula you used for zero probability P0 - double check it with your notes.
