No endpoint listening Problem with 30-day full functionality license

While I try to get the 30 days try license for MathCAD Prime 3.0, I get the following information after input my account information and press OK. (Account is correct).

Do anybody know what the problem is?

I think it should be some safety problem of the internet of my company.

As the time when I try to use another try version SW, e.g. IAR., I can not access the server.

Is there any other way to active my MathCAD? like offline way to get the license.

Maybe you need administrative rights to do this?

Try to contact with PTC tech support by using "Mathcad Support Center": http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenter.htm

But the Support Center is with badly interface, we can not attach picture.

Open a case with PTC and they will contact you via e-mail. Then you will be able to send them evidence.
