If you just want to see what's in the file, without actually using it or converting it, you could use this tool:

Please be more specific.

Did you get an error message when opening with Mathcad 15 (Attach the file, we may be able to see what's wrong), or are you trying to use a version of Prime to open the file (Prime cannot open real Mathcad files, only files of type MCDX).

Mathcad prime is not equipped to open (real) Mathcad .xmcd or mcd files. It can only convert them. For that you need to have (real) Mathcad 15 installed on the same computer.

You can install and legally use Mathcad 15 on the same computer if you are a licensed user of (any version of) prime. For licensing of Mathcad 15 you use the very same license file that you used for installing Prime.

Which one of the more than 10 figures in the file do you want me to check, without Mathcad 15 and without a licensed version of Prime?

I suggest you use my tool (https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/Can-t-see-your-sheet-but/m-p/636482#M187968) and look for yourself if the result is OK.
