I have an evaluation copy of Prime 3.1 and the file converter crashes for me. Anyone know how to fix this?

Problem was solved by uninstalling MC11, MC15 and reinstalling MC15

To convert a file you need to install also the latest Mathcad 15 service release - M030: Thank You for Your Interest in PTC Mathcad 15 | PTC
I have MC15 working, but still the converter crashes.
What Windows OS are you using?
Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1. 64 bit.
During converter crashes appears any error window? Can you run separate Mathcad 15?
