Software Installation

I installed Mathcad 13 (single user license) on my PC laptop. I am receiving error messages, "unable to create 12.0 engine factory," "failed to create compute engine." When I open an existing Mathcad file, the calculated values do not show up. Any suggestions? I installed Microsoft.Net Framework 1.1 as part of the installation process.... Thank you. Marie
