Hello,
I am trying to solve a system of equations that has 1 PDE and 1 ODE. I have all the initial conditions specified. Some how the the intial condition for y(t) is not being recognized.
Is there something missing?

1) It will be good to see the description of the model.
2) I think you can use not 1 function Sc(x, t) and 1 function y(t) but 2 functions Sc(x, t) and y(a, t). Here a is a formal argument.
Try please.
1) The equation are in the attached document.
2) I tried y(a,t) - but it still gives me the same error.
