You need to use the "Solve Block" on the toolbar "Math". The corrected document in an attachment.

Always it is convenient to first construct a graph of the original function, to understand what the original point of start. Also, "Guess Values" should be set such that they were close to the expected result.

there is a problem in solving block if u plz look at this

The problem is that you have not formulated the problem correctly.

You can solve for Lambda directly and, per your equation, the ansewer is 65.455 deg.

What's missing?

Could you attach a screenshot of the program (because now I now don't have access to Mathcad Prime)?

If you invert VR in the solve block you get the compliment, which is what the book is getting!
