help please

i have a problem on my homework that is asking for the acceleration of a block as it slides down a plane with an angel of 20.5 deg. to the horiz. how do i find that without a mass for the block?

Newton's Second Law: Mass times acceleration equals net force in direction of acceleration.

Ma = Mg sin(theta) (component of weight parallel to surface) Note that you don't need to know the mass.
