Find an equation of the line having the given slope and y-intercept
Slope: 5; y-intercept: (0,-3)

Find an equation of the line having the given slope and containing the given point.
1) m = -2, (2,8)
2) m =-4/5, (2,3)

Find an equation of the line containing the given pair of points.
1) (-4, -7) and (-2, -1)

Write and equation of the line containing the given point and parallel to the given line.
(-4, -5); 2x + y = -3

Write an equation of the line containing the given point and perpendicular to the given line.
(4, 1); x - 3y =9

Solve: absolute value of 2x + 3 = 51

## more slops

You should have formulas for each of these cases.

The first one needs the slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

Slope: 5; y-intercept: (0,-3)

y=5x-3 -------Done!!

Now find the point-slope form and the two-point form and you're on your way.
