I wrote this message three weeks ago:
I have a Student Licence of MathCAD 15.0 at Windows 7. The System where I have installed Mathcad has crashed. How can I reinstal MatCAD? Further, I want Install Mathcad 15.0 update at Windows 10.
I'm thankful for any help.
I have got a response from this community:
You can submit a support request in "Academic Case Logger", here: http://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/academic_case_logger/academic_case_logger.jsp
Than, I have called up the link, filled out the form and received an answer:
As a University and estore Mathcad support, you have access to our commercial tech support team. For support inquiries, please file a support ticket. You will need your Sales Order Number (SON) or customer number to submit a ticket. Instructions can be found here.
If you don’t know your SON or Customer Number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Than, I have requested a SON and I have get the followed response:
Could you tell me if you purchased Mathcad via our eStore?
I have sent my Licence Documents at an Attachment and now I have get no response.
What can I do to get further help?
Why is the reinstall procedure so very difficult?
Is there any way to reinstall MathCAD and how long will it take?
You could have added this complaint to the original message. The effective result is the same.

Try to use "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option from a PTC's site, link: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp
